Business Controller

Sulzer is seeking a Business Controller to provide financial oversight and support to local manufacturing operations and the Center of Excellence (CoE). The role ensures accurate reporting, compliance, and internal controls while driving performance improvements and effective coordination of key financial and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate tracking and management of sales, backlogs, and customer order contract profitability.
• Link strategic plans to operational and financial drivers, aligning sales and operations planning, resource management, capital projects, other expenses, and working capital planning.
• Generate, model, and execute action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall site performance.
• Provide business planning, forecasting, budgeting support to stakeholders.
