Business Continuity Manager

What You Will Do

Define and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred)

Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities

Align processes with SLAs and service objectives

Support Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing)

Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiatives

What You Bring

3+ years in process management (BPM)

3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)

Experience with SLA definition

Background in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)

Knowledge of risk management

Experience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)

Spanish & English (C1)
