Key Responsibilities Relationship Management Build, manage and retain a portfolio of wealth-sector Introducing Partners. Develop trusted relationships with Independent Financial Advisors, wealth managers and financial planning firms. Act as the primary point of contact for all foreign exchange requirements. Conduct regular relationship meetings and portfolio reviews. Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and increase referral activity. Business Development Identify and onboard new Introducing Partners within the Western Cape. Develop targeted business development strategies to grow market share. Build relationships with key decision‑makers across the wealth management industry. Represent the business at networking events, industry functions and partner engagements. Consistently achieve revenue and partnership growth targets. FX Advisory & Client Support Guide partners and their clients through the onboarding process.
