Business Comms Project Manager (SharePoint/Telecom)

We are seeking an organized, process-driven Business Comms Project Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing service communications for enterprise business clients. In this role, you will act as the central hub ensuring critical service updates, migrations, and notifications are delivered accurately and on time.

Beyond standard campaign coordination, you will be the structural architect of our communication workflows—building modern intake systems in SharePoint, managing our digital archives, and leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline operations.
