About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Centre Operations Leader (BCOL) to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our New Zealand Buildings business, working closely with the Regional Director to support performance, delivery, and growth. This key leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, leading our people, and shaping the future direction of our Buildings team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead overall Business Centre performance including financial delivery and operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement across forecasting, utilisation, backlog and project outcomes
- Partner with Group Leaders to align resources, capability and growth
