**Summary** :
The **Business Analytics Specialist** provides business intelligence support to UNC Health Care's statewide clinically integrated network. This role delivers data-driven insights and enables HR teams to act as change agents by leveraging actionable information to drive improvement, efficiency, and best practices.

This role requires an onsite presence one day per week.
