Business Analyst

Job Description
As a business analyst for Insight Global, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and dynamic. You will spend about 50% of your time learning about various business units, building rapport with stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing in Jira, and providing testing support. Building relationships will take up another 25% of your day, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Documentation will be a crucial part of your role, occupying 15% of your time to ensure all processes and requirements are well-documented.
In addition to these core activities, you will be involved in process development and improvement, ensuring workflows are efficient and effective. You will also handle regulatory and compliance duties, making sure operations adhere to relevant laws and standards.
