Business Analyst

Be a Part of Something BIG! The Business Analyst for billing and customer care system (BCC) will be responsible in gathering requirements from requestors and translate the requirements to use stories. The user stories will be used as the basis to work with IT on the solution required and the Business Analyst will translate the user stories to a fully executable test cases and pass to the testers to execute. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT and testers to deliver business needs for both BCC R1 and R2.
