Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support financial platforms and billing operations at the intersection of finance, systems, and process improvement within a large‑scale SaaS environment. You will manage billing support requests, perform root‑cause analysis, write SQL queries to validate and reconcile financial data, and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering teams on month‑end close, ERP initiatives, and process transformation projects. Experience with Zuora or Adyen is a strong plus.
