To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we’re looking for a Business Analyst R2R Lead. This strategic role involves managing Business Analysts specialized in accounting and controlling, while leading digital transformation projects related to Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts (Finance & Controlling), 4 people based in Porto, fostering collaboration and professional growth
- Coordinate and oversee R2R (Record‑to‑Report) projects in partnership with local teams, key users, and IS departments
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables, validate functional analysis, and monitor adherence to deadlines
