Own and define Glovo’s global courier fraud strategy, ensuring consistent implementation and continuous improvement across all markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable self‑service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses to identify drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
