This is a hybrid role combining Software Business Analysis and Program Coordination .
You will serve as the bridge between:
- Product and engineering teams building digital tools
- External partners or program stakeholders using those tools in real-world environments
Your success will depend on your ability to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions — and ensure adoption happens smoothly.
What You’ll Do
On the Product / Digital Platform Side
- Gather and translate real-world operational needs into clear product requirements
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define features, user flows, and priorities
- Focus on finding ways to reach a global audience and partners especially in areas we are not physically present with the use of technology
