Business Analyst Order Management System (OMS) & Retail Supply Chain Location: Mississauga, ON Onsite (5 Days WFO) Role Description Responsibilities Understand and document current business processes and requirements. Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence. Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a given system. Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and expectations. Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the new system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards. Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes. Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge.
