Business Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a multiyear effort focused on modernizing and enhancing payment capabilities across instant payment rails, including RTP, FedNow, and Zelle. The project is focused around creating a payment hub for customers to be able to submit payments/wire money to. This individual will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, ensuring full traceability throughout the project lifecycle. The Business Analyst will partner closely with Product, IT, Operations, and third-party vendors to analyze current payment workflows, support the design and integration of payment hub platforms, and identify gaps, risks, and downstream impacts.
