Business Analyst (Kingston)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Student Information System Operations, the Business Analyst (BA) will research, analyze, sustain, measure, modify, and enhance business processes to support the ongoing information systems and business integration requirements for the Office of University Registrar. Through active relationship building and collaboration with unit end‑users, IT Business/Systems Analysts, unit management and other stakeholders, the BA ensures quality delivery and implementation of applications and process change, ensuring compliance and accountability in the management of our student information data.

The BA will also develop and deliver appropriate communication, training, presentations, and business/system end‑user documentation to support unit staff and stakeholder needs.
