Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and system requirements Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities Drive process optimisation and automation initiatives Support and enhance ERP systems Participate in system upgrades, implementations and enhancements Manage SIT, UAT, defect tracking and solution testing Ensure business requirements are delivered effectively Liaise with stakeholders, users and software providers Deliver user training and ongoing system support Support project delivery, timelines and risk management. Assist with governance, audit and compliance requirements Improve reporting, system utilisation and operational efficiency Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 3 to 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, within in a financial or ERP environment Strong ERP experience, preferably K8 (Kerridge) or Syspro Financial systems and reporting exposure Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, retail or distribu...
