Business Analyst – Industrial Automation & Process Manufacturing

An experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Industrial Automation and Process Manufacturing environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on exposure to SCADA platforms such as Wonderware (AVEVA InTouch) and Siemens WinCC, with proven experience in supporting or enabling new production line implementations and plant expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for manufacturing and automation initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, plant operations teams, engineering teams, and IT teams to translate operational needs into functional solutions.
• Create and manage EPICs, User Stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
