Business Analyst – Global Staff Expense Module, Group Finance

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing global functional ownership and support of the Staff Expense solution across OCBC Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, International Branches, and BOS entities (SG, HK, MY, UK, AE). The role combines business‑as‑usual (BAU) functional support, project delivery, and ongoing system enhancements, ensuring operational stability, policy compliance, and continuous improvement of the Staff Expense landscape.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Staff Expense: provide end‑to‑end functional BAU support for Staff Reimbursement Expenses and Corporate Card Expenses, including incident analysis, root cause identification, and resolution coordination.
