Business Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent specialization (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Industrial Operations, Heavy Lifting, Transport Operations, Equipment Rental, or Engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in project costing, variance analysis, and operational KPI monitoring.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and reporting expertise.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
