Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories ).

• Work closely with banks, fintechs, and internal stakeholders to define solutions.

• Drive end-to-end understanding of payment transaction lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement).

• Support implementation of payment switch & gateway integrations .

• Collaborate with tech teams on API integrations and system workflows .

• Handle reconciliation, dispute management, and chargeback processes .

• Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, sanctions, and PEP screening requirements .

• Coordinate and manage UAT cycles , test cases, and defect tracking.

• Perform data analysis (SQL) for validation and reporting.
