Business Analyst - Data & Analytics (6-12 Month Renewable Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities with a strong focus on data and analytics initiatives within the organization Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory needs Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and data-driven solutions Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, and analytical requirements for technical teams Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and technology teams during analysis, design, and testing phases Support data validation, UAT, and ensure accuracy and integrity of delivered data solutions Provide regular updates to leadership and proactively manage stakeholders across business and technology teams Partner with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery, timelines, and risk mitigation when required
