Business Analyst

This is a remote position. Paradigm is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our clients Data Services team. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality data deliverables. The ideal candidate will have SQL experience, strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
