We are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to join our Consumer and Market Knowledge (CMK) organization. You will drive strategy and insights to shape P&G products and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal business strategy consultant, ensuring consumer and shopper insights inform business strategy and execution.
• Use internal and external data sources to build predictive and explanatory models that reveal how consumers, markets, and retailers behave.
• Develop reproducible code, predictive models, analytics, storytelling, visualisations and engaging presentations that enable understanding of consumer and shopper behaviours.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Finance, Sales, Research & Development, and other teams to identify new business opportunities.
