• Perform basic administrative tasks, like phone handling and mail management
• Create jobs and purchase orders in Traverse system
• Invoice customers accurately and timely
• Manage job costs and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Assist with accounts receivable collections as required
Requirements:
• College diploma or post-secondary education
