About the role
This role plays a key part in supporting both the New Business and Customer Care teams within Barbour EHS. You will be responsible for processing sales orders and responding to client enquiries received via email, ensuring queries are handled accurately and efficiently.
You’ll work regularly with Salesforce and a bespoke CRM system to track information, resolve issues and provide timely updates, collaborating closely with the technical help team where required. The role sits within a small, supportive team of three and reports directly to the Head of Administration.
To succeed in this position, you’ll need to be comfortable working across multiple systems, have a high level of attention to detail, and be able to manage your workload effectively while working independently and staying motivated.
