Business Acquisition Manager​

**Position Summary**

The Business Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy for their respective division or market. This strategy will support the Division’s strategic and financial objectives. Lead a team of BD and Sales professionals responsible for new business acquisition while ensuring alignment with division’s strategic goals.

**Position Details**

+ Creates actionable strategic business plan for the business segment that outlines sales focus (geographic, vertical market, etc.), critical marketing support and appropriate organizational structure to support business goals and expectations.
+ Manages sales activities to ensure that strong customer relationships are established and maintained.
+ Ensures the team follows internal processes, proper CRM usage and provides reporting metrics as needed.
