Bus IPT Electrical Products Manager

**Description:** The MUOS SLE program is looking for a Electrical Products lead for the Spacecraft Bus Integrated Product Team. In this role, the candidate will oversee a multidiscipline team ensuring the Bus products are made efficiently, safely, meet stringent quality standards, and stay on schedule. This position will bridge the gap between upper management and the engineering teams by overseeing budgets, optimizing workflows, and managing personnel. The candidate will also perform delegation activities for the Spacecraft Bus IPT lead.
Position is contingent upon contract award anticipated July 2026.
This position requires eligibility and willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance. Must be a US citizen.
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical discipline and 5+ years experience in an engineering and production setting
