POV (Private Owned Vehicle) Registrar:
Effects the appropriate registration and licensing of POV's, including Inland shipment. Checks pertinent documents, supporting ownership such as titles, proper de-registrations from German authorities, customs stamps, inspection sheet, valid insurance, valid driver's license and ID., to ensure that customers are eligible to register IAW governing rules and regulations e.g. logistical support is granted. Verifies for correctness prior to issuance of permanent registrations, plates and decals, which requires the knowledge of a wide variety of principles. Enters data into the VERINET database for all transactions.
