Be a vital part of our surgical team as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room in Burnaby, BC, providing exemplary perioperative nursing care focused on patient outcomes.
We are in search of a qualified RN to take on circulating and scrub roles within our Operating Room. Your responsibilities include maintaining sterile techniques and collaborating with surgeons to provide safe nursing care. You will also monitor patients’ health and document their care thoroughly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out both scrub and circulating duties in the OR
• Maintain sterile field and ensure precise surgical counts
• Monitor patient status and proper documentation
• Collaborate with the surgical team for optimal patient care
Requirements:
• Must hold BCCNM registration in British Columbia
• 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room in Canada is preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
