Purpose
The Bulk Manager is responsible for all activities of the Material Control team to ensure the materials are delivered on time at the correct location meeting the project requirements in terms of quality, cost and schedule. The Bulk Manager has an advising role to the Project Delivery Manager(s).Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the Material Control Management Plan, Setting up Material Control procedures and the implementation thereof, Implement and setup the Enterprise Resource Manager (ERM), the material control system, Interface with Engineering, Supply Chain and Construction regarding the material control process, in terms of alignment of issued data, revisions thereof and technical support, Responsible for issuing data to Supply Chain and the Constructions Yards for procurement, Eensure changes in the project, impacting the materials, are followed up and closed out,
