Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous!
- 5+ Years’ experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in managing a team, and knowledge of the relevant HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to plan and monitor budgets.
- Computer Literate.
