Building Technical Exec (BIM) — Project Development

The Housing & Development Board in Singapore is seeking a Technical Executive (Building) for Project Development. This role involves architectural technical work including reviewing building plans and conducting technical reviews to ensure compliance with standards. Candidates should have a background in Architecture or Building, and experience with CAD and BIM modelling is preferred.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract and will assist with various aspects of building works while receiving training on quality standards.
