Building Systems Mechanical Designer / Intermediate Engineer / P. Eng or P. L. Eng.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer / Engineer. The ideal candidate brings strong technical design skills, experience delivering mechanical building systems across a range of project types, and the ambition to grow toward a senior designer or project engineer role. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in the commercial, residential, institutional, and healthcare sectors within a collaborative, multidisciplinary consulting environment.

Mechanical Design & Engineering

• Design and develop mechanical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic systems.

• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layouts, and system sizing.

• Prepare high-quality design drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit MEP.

• Assist in developing mechanical specifications, system narratives, and control sequences.
