Building Supervisor （security engineer）

Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm and fire systems during assigned shifts.

Save, retrieve and backup CCTV footage in accordance with company procedures and legal retention requirements.

Identify and report system faults, blind spots, black screens or other abnormalities.

Respond promptly to alarms and system incidents, and escalated issues to relevant personnel when necessary.

Support emergency response procedures and maintain accurate incident records.

Follow company policies, operational procedures and safety requirements.

• Able to follow company procedures and work instructions.
• Responsible, attentive and able to respond calmly in emergency situations.
• Basic knowledge or experience in CCTV, access control or security systems is preferred.
