Building Services Manager

A opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Services Manager to take the lead on the delivery of a high-profile 200+ unit residential development in West London. The project, with an MEP value of around £14 million, is already well into construction and progressing toward completion in early 2027. There is already future projects for you to go onto after completion.

You’ll be joining an established project team, managing a reputable M&E subcontractor known for their quality and reliability, ensuring the successful coordination, installation, and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems. Supporting you on site will be an Assistant Building Services Manager, allowing you to focus on leadership, technical oversight, and strategic delivery.
