Labcorp is seeking a Building Services Technician to join our Maintenance team in Madison, WI!
Job Responsibilities:
This hands-on role supports facility operations through a variety of tasks including hazardous waste collection, incinerator operation, event setup, light landscaping, snow removal, and basic building upkeep.Safely collect and document hazardous lab waste (e.g., solvents, infectious materials).Operate incinerators and other regulated equipment.Perform routine maintenance including replacing lights, ceiling tiles, and minor repairs.Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and event setup.Support painting, carpentry, and general building upkeep.Use powered tools and vehicles for various tasks.Record maintenance actions in facility systems and work orders.Collaborate with staff to plan and execute repairs....
