Technical Vision & Strategy: Lead the definition of the “Blue Book”: the global technical standards for critical systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical) and their digitalization.
The Consultative Bridge: Act as an internal expert for international business units, translating complex engineering requirements into scalable business solutions.
Technical Sparring Partner: Coordinate with external engineering firms and providers. Evaluate, challenge, and validate technical designs and installations.
Digitalization & Efficiency: Drive the use of Building Management Systems (BMS) and data monitoring to optimize costs and drastically reduce the corporate carbon footprint.
