About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Service Engineer to join our Estates Team where you will be lead Building Services Engineer acting as Authorised Person for PSSR, Medical Gases and LEV Systems in the University managing compliance for all Pressure Systems, Medical Gases, Air Compressors and LEV Systems.in University buildings.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planned maintenance, compliance and operation of Pressure Systems, Medical Gases, Air Compressors and LEV Systems. The management of contracts and the delivery of works to the agreed timescale, quality and budget. You will maintain the University Asset registers for your areas of responsibility, verify certification and will be responsible for the continued operation of Pressure Systems, Medical Gases, Air Compressors and LEV System..
