Building Processing Officer — Flexible Work & Relocation Support

Tasman District Council is seeking an experienced Building Technical Officer (Processing) to join our high-performing BCA. You will handle building consent processing, coordinate inputs across teams, and guide stakeholders to help build safer communities.

You will also support customers through shared duty services and contribute to continuous improvement as Council evolves with new legislative requirements. 4+ years of processing experience and NCAS/R3-C1 with Regulation 18 are required.
