What can I expect to do in this role?

Reporting to the Building Systems Coordinator, the Building Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and supporting campus‑wide building systems, including Building Automation Systems, lighting control systems, Fire and Life Safety Systems, mechanical/electrical systems, and related physical assets. The position supports day‑to‑day and after‑hours building operations, responds to building system issues and emergencies, and liaises with internal departments, contractors, tenants, inspectors, and show/event management representatives as required.
