Building Operator, Level 1

Reporting to the Building Operation Supervisor. The Building Operator, Level 1, plays a key role in supporting the Building Operations Team in the efficient and effective management of complex building systems within commercial towers.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all systems are maintained and operated at optimal performance levels on a daily basis, with minimal disruptions. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall operational excellence of the facility, demonstrating a commitment to safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• BAS: Ensure all building systems are operational and running efficiently. Review all equipment set points and status daily to ensure equipment is running and meeting desired set points.
