Building Operator

Step Ahead Maintenance Inc. (SAMI) is seeking a Building Operator to join our Calgary team. Reporting to the Director of Facility Management you will be part of a dynamic team and be accountable for work order management for various properties within our extensive residential portfolio.

The successful incumbent is a motivated, energetic individual with a commitment to providing excellent, world‑class service to our clients in a friendly and engaging way. This role will include a heavy focus on appliance repair paired with general day‑to‑day maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate diagnosis of any possible building or suite repairs in order to effectively communicate the course of action;
• Installation of cabinets, counters and moulding;
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures;
