Building Measurement Specialist

Qualification & Skills

• B.E. / B.Tech (Civil).
• Well versed with MS Office and AutoCAD (2D / 3D).
• Understanding of construction materials, pricing, contracts, and industry standards.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, tendering, or contracts management, only from real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing architectural plans and preparing quantity requirements for feasibility and tendering purposes.
• Preparation of Tender documents, Contract documents, and detailed BOQs in coordination with architects and consultants.
• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs;
  supporting budget preparation for new projects.
• Analyzing and negotiating costs for tenders and contracts;
  evaluating contractor bids and recommendations.
