Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, requiring regular inspection of properties and collaboration with various stakeholders to uphold operational excellence.

The Building Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of assigned building to ensure safety and efficiency of the building. Responsibilities include supervising building maintenance, coordinating facility management activities, creating and managing facility budgets, and addressing tenant concerns promptly.
