Asa Building Manager, you will oversee theservice and maintenancecontractors and staff, execution of building related activities aspredetermined by Operations and Centre Managers. Establish and maintainmutually beneficial relationships with tenants and service contractors; assist Operations Manager to co-ordinate repairs, revamps and tenant installations;carry out inspections and general building maintenance.

Requirements Technical/ mechanical qualification at N4 level
3 - 5 years relevant experience in a COMMERCIAL building management setting
