Building Maintenance Technical Engineer

Description

The Building Maintenance Technical Engineer Specialist at Globe Telecom is responsible for the upkeep of equipment and facilities providing core and in-depth technical know-how in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing system (MEPS) operations with high expertise in preventive and troubleshooting/corrective maintenance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the Preventive Maintenance calendar is timely and properly executed for building operations reliability specially for critical equipment serving building occupants and facility systems.

Leads the incident management team in terms of technical expertise in resolving Equipment Downtime or Building System Trouble restoring the affected services in the shortest possible time.

Ensures continuous (24/7) service availability of critical facilities supporting building services and all business functions at corporate office.
