Job Summary: The Building Maintenance Helper plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors. Operating during the evening hours, 3:00pm - 11:30pm, this position ensures that campus buildings are thoroughly sanitized, organized, and prepared for the next academic day. The ideal candidate must be highly reliable, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Routine & Deep Cleaning
+ - Restrooms: Clean, sanitize, and disinfect all fixtures, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and showers. Replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue dispensers daily.
