Building Maintenace & Facilities Coordinator

What You'll Do

The Building Maintenance & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the daily upkeep, safety, and functionality of company buildings and workspaces. This role proactively identifies and addresses maintenance issues, completes preventative maintenance, and coordinates repairs and renovations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual facility inspections and maintenance
• Maintain washrooms, gym, PDQ areas, water coolers, and common spaces
• Monitor server rooms, mechanical rooms, thermostats, and temperature controls
• Complete routine testing and preventative maintenance (e.g., CO₂ detectors, drains, HVAC support)
