**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for assisting in the inspection of residential construction and rehabilitation projects to support compliance with applicable codes, quality standards, and program requirements. This role involves performing basic inspections under guidance, supporting the development of scopes of work, and assisting with project coordination and documentation.

1. Conduct initial and routine inspections of residential properties under supervision, including new construction and rehabilitation projects.
2. Identify basic deficiencies or code violations and refer more complex findings to senior staff for review.
