A well-established building contractor is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to join its construction team on high-end residential developments in the Paarl area Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and labour teams. Ensure projects are completed according to programme, quality standards, and specifications. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all construction phases. Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, consultants, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Building Foreman on residential housing developments. Proven track record in managing multiple housing units simultaneously.
